This is a field-first hybrid role—blending account management, customer service, and sales. You will be the face of our brand in your territory, ensuring existing clients receive exceptional service while actively expanding your book of business.

The Opportunity

You will take full ownership of your territory—managing client accounts, maintaining high service standards, and driving growth through new business development. Your success will come from delivering a premium client experience while identifying and converting new opportunities.

What You’ll Do

Own Your Territory
Manage your daily route independently, ensuring timely service, product refreshes, and consistent client satisfaction.

Deliver Exceptional Service
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients by providing a high-quality, reliable experience.

Drive New Business Growth
Prospect, network, and generate new leads through referrals, in-person outreach, and relationship building.

Expand Existing Accounts
Identify opportunities within current accounts to increase revenue and deepen partnerships.

Represent Floral Image with professionalism, positivity, and a polished presence in every client interaction.
